Apartment Aprica

Aprica is a well known tourist locality famous either for its summer than winter actractions (altiudine range from 1.181 to 2.630) that it is situated on omonimus mountain pass, by the border between Valtellina and Valcamonica valley, half way between the province of Sondrio and Brescia.
In winter (end November - end April) Aprica offers over 20 cable ways and ski lifts systems and more than 40 kms of slope tracks with every level of skiing difficulties and it is also equipped with modern systems of artificial snowing.
Recently in function the new ski systems of Baradello, useful meaningfully to widen the offer of alpine slope tracks.
Moreover, at Pian di Gembro and Trivigno, both in the premises, also the country-cross ski tracks are available.
It is possible to attend corses at the alpine ski, snowboard and telemark local school.
Skating on ice, horse riding, night ski, climbing on cliff and ice, can moreover be practiced.
In the summer season it is possible to practice advanced trekking, excursions and picnics in the very well marked paths that encircle the area.
In the immediate vicinity there are in fact the Park of the Orobie, the natural reserve of Pian di Gembro, the most interesting alpine Ecologic-Faunistic Observatory and the archaeological sites situated in the Valcamonica.
One can even practice mushrooms pickings and collect other products of the mountain underbrush.
Aprica is moreover equipped of an optimal sporting center, an indoor sport palace, a swimming pool, soccer fields and tennis courts and of an exclusive Golf Club located at 1.800 meters.
Other attractions and facilites in Aprica are cinema,s discos, horse handling and many bars, pubs and game-play- rooms.
